REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • Please provide your membership number (ISAR/IFS Registration No.) for our reference.
  • Banquet registration is separate, person need to register additionally.
  • Workshop registration is included in conference registration fees, you can select 2 workshops. (1 Pre-Lunch and 1 Post-Lunch).
  • For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
  • PG Students will have to submit a letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute.
  • Registration fees include Kit, admission to the Scientific Hall, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunches & Dinner.
  • Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
  • Registration is non transferable.
  • Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile no. it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons. Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • It is mandatory for all Delegates to carry their photo id (Government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Refund of Registration will be made only against the written request by email or post submitted.
  • Till 31st May 2024 25% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.
  • After 1st June to 30th June 2024 50% of the Registration would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded one month after conference completion.
  • After 30th June 2024 No Refund
